One compelling quality about 317 Falls Bridge is the apple trees. We have discovered more than two dozen trees, most of them overgrown and hidden by undergrowth. They are heirloom trees, part of an old orchard from when our four acres was part of a 160 acre New England Salt Water Farm. Much to our surprise and joy, we have become caretakers and are actively trying to bring the trees back to good health and productivity. Already they have rewarded us with beauty and bountiful baking. Apples - Under the Milky Way
